Personal data may only be collected for specified, clear and legitimate purposes. The purpose of collecting your personal data is your application process. We will therefore only use your applicant data for the purpose of handling your application process. The legal basis for this data processing results from Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
3. Basis for the provision of your data
The provision of your data is necessary for a possible conclusion of a contract with us. You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide us with your data. However, since we need information about your person in our application process, the possible consequence of not providing this information is that we cannot adequately consider you as an applicant.
4. Duration of storage
We save your personal data as soon as we receive your application. If we accept your application, we will save your application data for a maximum of three years after the termination of the relevant employment relationship, if we reject your application, however, we will save your application data for a maximum of six months after the rejection of your application.
5. Revocation of consent
If the collection or processing of your personal data is based on consent, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected in the case of revocation.
6. Your rights as a data subject
In principle, you have the right to information, correction or deletion of your personal data as well as the right to data portability. You can also request the restriction of data processing and object to the processing of your personal data.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
